By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
Clear Cuisine is a tool for personal recipe organization. You are responsible for the URLs you import and the content you store. We do not host or monitor the content you save to your private devices.
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
Clear Cuisine Plus is offered as a premium subscription or one-time purchase via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We provide the app "as is". We cannot be held responsible for any local data loss or any issues arising from follow-up of recipes extracted through the app. Always use caution in the kitchen.
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
