311 For Business ("we", "our", "app") uses location data inputted by the user (street addresses) purely to query open 311 data from municipal Socrata open data portals. The app does NOT track your real-time GPS location. We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information beyond what you voluntarily enter.
All address data, saved settings, and complaint histories are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account using SwiftData and CloudKit. We do not operate external servers to collect, harvest, or monetize your usage data or the addresses you monitor. You are solely responsible for the security of your device and iCloud account.
The app relies on publicly available municipal 311 SODA APIs (e.g., NYC Open Data) and Apple's MapKit for location lookup. We do not share your personal information with these services. All 311 data retrieved is publicly available information published by municipal governments. Use of Apple Maps is governed by Apple's own privacy policies.
All complaint data displayed in the app is sourced exclusively from public government open data portals. We do not generate, create, verify, or independently confirm any of this information. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of data provided by government portals. The 311 data may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies beyond our control.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any public 311 data displayed in the app. We shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from reliance on data displayed in the app.

The App provides a visual interface for querying and displaying publicly available 311 civic complaint data from municipal open data portals (e.g., NYC Open Data, Chicago Data Portal). We aggregate and present this data as-is, without modification, verification, or endorsement.
WE PROVIDE NO GUARANTEE as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of this data. The data is sourced directly from government portals and is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or representative of any government entity, municipality, city agency, or regulatory body. The "311" designation refers to the public civic complaint phone number and data system; we have no official relationship with any 311 system operator.
The "Risk Scores," "Urgency Scores," "Analysis Summaries," "AI Briefings," and all other analytical content generated by the App are automated tools for informational purposes only.

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions to monitor multiple addresses. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
